We #Perceive #Challenge #Deliver #InspireJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively interact with website & mobile applications within the global marketplace for one of the top 3 food & beverage companies in the world. Partnering with cross-functional teams (PMs, UX Researchers, Product Designers, devs, …) and stakeholders. He/She has previous experience in A/B Testing and usage of Design Systems to ensure the scalability and enhancements in our digital platforms. He/she participates in the Product Desing Life-Cycle end-to-endWhat is this all about?Facilitate stakeholder’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for our customer ecommerce apps.Create, maintain, and scale our Design System for the Product Catalog experience.Design and deliver wireframes, stories, journeys, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and desktop devices.Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.Identify new product improvement opportunities.Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Main relationshipsDevs teams/squads.CustomerUx DesignersProject ManagersQualificationsWho are you?5 or more years of experience in the different phases of the digital design processDemonstrated experience in eCommerce, with a well-rounded portfolio of design work and strong understanding of design objectives.Strong experience with design systems (creation, improvement, scale, ways of working, evangelization).4 years experience in Figma (partner level)Experience in agile environments (Scrum Squads) and UX Lean understanding.Excellent attention to detail.Skills & BehavioursDynamic, creative personality, good communication skills to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences.Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.Good HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript understanding are a plus.Excellent communication skills in English, any other European language is a plus.Additional InformationWhat do we offer?Permanent contract.Competitive salary.Flexible Remuneration (Meal vouchers, kinder garden, Public Transport/Mobility)Private health insurance (including dental care).Juno Journey Premium member platform with a lot of on-line learnings (certifications, courses, etc).Individual yearly training and certification budget.Onsite/Hybrid/Remote policy work.Work Schedule Monday to Friday.Intensive working hours on Fridays and all week in July and August.Full salary coverage for sick leave.Relocation package.Data protection noticeSQLI Group ensures that applicants' personal data is processed as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Ley de Protección de Datos 3/2018 of the Spanish Kingdom .
