Waltz platform streamlines manual processes such as underwriting, banking, mortgages, and assets management into one simple-to-use place.About the Product Designer roleAs a Product Designer at Waltz, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform and crafting unparalleled experiences for our clients. Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the product's aesthetics, communication, functionality, and, most importantly, the satisfaction of our users. Join our select team of creators across Israel and Spain, dedicated to pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.ResponsibilitiesTransform complex concepts within traditional industries into streamlined, user-friendly interactions.Lead the conceptualization, definition, and execution of our product from inception through launch and beyond.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the delivery of optimal, intuitive, and seamless user experiences.Collaborate effectively with team members to drive resultsRequirementsMinimum 3-4 years of product design experience encompassing the entire lifecycle of user-oriented digital products, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing, preferably within the SaaS/fintech domain.Demonstrated proficiency in UX patterns, contemporary UI trends, and meticulous attention to detail.Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools.Ability to distill high-level business concepts and product visions into actionable design strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.Eagerness to contribute to groundbreaking endeavors, thrive in a collaborative environment, and embrace continuous learning and professional growth.Excellent collaboration skills with different team members: R&D, product, UX writer, management, sales, marketingExperience in designing consumer-facing products - strong advantageBackground in animations - a plusFintech or prop-tech background - a plusFluency in English - a mustSharing portfolio: julia@getwaltz.com
