ABOUT THE ROLE Our team is seeking a talented designer to help shape the future of the Brand Performance Cloud, with a specific focus on Samples, Events & Contacts, our operational tools helping brands manage their collection launches.
Events enables brands to manage their in-person or digital events tailored-made for the FLB industry.
Samples allows brands to manage and track their physical assets in order to optimize opportunities and reduce losses.
As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting value-driven, intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional squads to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving the success of our Brand Performance Cloud.
In addition, this role includes leading the charge for our design system initiative.
Our design system is at a critical stage where we are defining the contribution process and building our foundational components.
You will have an important hand in ensuring its success.
Responsibilities include.
Leading the design process for your products.
Owning the process from User Research through Delivery as well as continuously iterating.
Collaborating with PMs and Developers to ensure feasibility, while also considering effects on other areas of the business such as Customer Success.
Collaborating with Developers during the delivery phase to iterate and solve challenges or new use cases that may arise.
Running User Research initiatives in order to gain user empathy.
This includes designing & conducting user interviews, running surveys, analyzing usage and market data to make and support design decisions.
Summarizing & presenting research findings to stakeholders which include members of the business org.
Building wireframes when necessary to showcase and validate the high level user flow and information architecture.
Designing high fidelity user interfaces in Figma utilizing the Launchmetrics Design System.
Building interactive prototypes and run usability testing on them.
Managing the Design QA to ensure important details aren’t missed.
Presenting/demo-ing designs & wireframes to Sales, CS, Support to communicate vision.
Supporting other Design Team members via design critiques and knowledge sharing.
Measuring the success of your designs through user tracking tools such as Fullstory or Gainsight.
Leading the Design System initiative.
Being the owner of the Design System Figma library, organizing, leading and defining any fundamental changes.
Closely collaborating with squad designers and developers on new components Identifying and managing any processes that need to be improved around the design system     YOUR PROFILE You have 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
You have a strong instinct for user-centered design principles and design thinking.
You are extremely detail-oriented and highly proficient in visual design.
You have experience building and managing design systems and component-based design.
You are proficient with design tools such as Figma, and can use them effectively to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You can articulate your design decisions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and team members alike.
You are familiar with Agile methodologies and can integrate easily into an Agile squad.
You have a fundamental understanding of front end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JS.
You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with colleagues from different parts of the world.
You have experience creating a design system and managing it’s governance.
Extra-Credit.
You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
You have experience working in the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty (FLB) industry.
You have expertise in motion design or illustration and can add that extra touch of magic to your designs.
You can write front-end code, to help bring your designs to life and collaborate more effectively with developers.
