Our Team Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX, and other regional and local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

Enterprise architecture Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering Platforms Operations Integration Platform Delivery Centres or Centre of Expertise Main Responsibilities This position is a senior expert role which will drive the strategic Integration Governance and Delivery.
This includes.
Establish processes and mechanisms for monitoring and assessing compliance with governance policies and standards, conducting sanity checks, reviews, and assessments as needed.
Lead the development and implementation of the integration governance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead the planning and coordination of software releases, working closely with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of release plans, schedules, requirements, and dependencies, maintaining version control and ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including CAB leading, deployment scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of software releases.
Maintain a strong cross-functional relationship with the various project and operational teams continually sharing new features, functionality, process improvements, lessons learned, and other best practices.
Establish governance processes and controls to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
Both contribute to and develop various dashboards and reports to gain insights into the performance and utilization of the service to improve the operational effectiveness, future needs, and governance.
Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integration solutions, conducting thorough testing and validation activities.
Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
About You Technical Background Required 8+ years of experience in Integration Technologies Expertise and relevant experiences in business project support.
Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) roles, with a deep understanding of governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Proven experience in release management roles, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and release management best practices.
Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns, and data engineering best practices.
Proven experience in leading integration projects, with a strong understanding of integration technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture, and compliance.
A familiarity with the new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.
, DevSecOps, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in a regulated sector is a plus.
Knowledge of industrial systems, especially SAP.
Soft Skills Required Strong leadership skills involve inspiring and motivating team members, providing guidance, and leading by example to achieve common goals.
Ability to demonstrate support and drive for innovation and organizational transformation.
Ability to provide innovative solutions to his partners and facility to collaborate in global and cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to communicate, explain & educate beyond the technologies.
Proven successes working with project teams in the industry (manufacturing, science, commercial, …) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in an international matrixed environment.
