We are looking for a  Problem Management Expert - Data technologies & IA  to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role   As a  Problem Management Expert, you will play a  Critical Role  in ensuring the stability and performance of Nespresso's Systems Landscape.
You will oversee the  Problem Management Lifecycle, focusing on Data Technologies and IA with a primary focus on  performance-related issues.
Your goal is to eradicate performance bottlenecks, ensure  business continuity, and drive  continuous improvement  within the Digital Tech organization.
You will understands the practical application of  database technologies  and the critical importance of performance optimization in evolving business environments.
In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Products, Markets, and Business Functions, focusing on  investigation  and  crisis management  rather than technical hands-on involvement.
Also you will providee leadership in  crisis management  and leads investigations into performance-related issues to maintain high system stability, especially during  critical situations  and  large-scale promotional events.
In This Role, You Will.
Drive Investigations.
Lead investigations and  root cause analysis  of  performance issues  related to databases and systems.
Define Strategies.
Develop problem resolution strategies for  performance improvements, including coordination of fixes related to databases.
Promote Improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous performance improvement within Nespresso's Digital Tech, focusing on database optimization and related technologies.
Manage Critical Situations.
Address  critical incidents  and instabilities effectively, especially related to  database performance.
Support Events.
Lead preparation activities for  large promotional events, ensuring system stability and performance are optimized.
What We’re Looking For.
Education.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Experience.
8-10 years of experience on performance investigation root cause and crisis management.
Knowledge of Data technologies.
Leadership.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in  complex, high-pressure environments, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and a proactive learning attitude.
Willingness to evolve into a  leadership  role.
Stress Management.
Ability to manage stress effectively, especially in  crisis situations.
Business Orientation.
A flexible and  business-oriented mindset  to address and resolve challenges.
Availability for on call service.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart.
Familiar with Crisis Management and handling critical situations related to database performance.
Experience in Database Performance Tuning and scalability.
ITIL Certification.
Project Management Certification.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles.
