PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Purpose of the role This is a critical role in delivering foundational software solutions that empower AI teams and accelerate business value without compromising safety or quality.
As well as leading by example as a hands-on software engineer you will guide the team by defining and implementing the optimal technical approaches for building onboarding securing monitoring and generating insights from our tools and products.
This role will help enhance and build our bespoke Engineering Metrics Platform that will be used across IAG Software Engineering to drive operational efficiencies enable data-driven decision-making and uphold engineering standards across the technical teams Qualifications.
