Principal Scrum Master
We are looking for a Principal Scrum Master to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The role

As a Principal Scrum Master, you will be working on the agile mindset and practices powering the Nespresso Digital Commerce business. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part a of large development organization with direct impact to the online business.

As a central part of the software engineering community, you will bring deep agile expertise and knowledge to the product team, being the reference person for several squads inside Nespresso. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery, while promoting the adoption of agile principles and practices.

What youll do
- Guide mainly Scrum Masters, but also when needed team members and Product Owners, not only to ensure a proper application of the agile mindset, but also to achieve mature and high performant teams that delivers the expected roadmap.
- Monitor and track squad performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance productivity and delivery.
- Be a key member the Nespresso Agile Center of Expertise, working closely with other Principal Scrum Masters and agile professionals to ensure that working principles are applied consistently throughout the organization and teams, while fostering for customization where it is fit for purpose.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in the current Nespresso processes and drive change for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging Agile practices, and new technologies, and share knowledge and insights with Scrum Masters to drive continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or a related field.
- Senior post graduate qualification (Certified Scrum Master/Experience with Kanban/Software Development Lifecycle/Lean Start-up) is a plus.
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master with agile teams (2-3 years) and as nice to have other scrum masters coach (2-3 years).
- Experience in leading organizational change and transformation will be a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
