We are looking for our Commercial Excellence team in Madrid for a Pricing Analyst Endoscopy EMEA (m/f/d) About the role.
We are looking for a data-driven EMEA Pricing Analyst to support the Endoscopy division in the implementation and optimization of pricing tools and strategies.
Operating at the EMEA level, this role collaborates with a broad range of business partners to drive data-driven pricing decisions and continuous process improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible to.
Evolve Pricing Framework.
o Project manage the development and roll-out of new pricing tools to enhance decision-making and execution across markets.
o Work cross-functionally to streamline pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with commercial goals.
o Proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve current processes, tools, and solutions.
o Drive usage of pricing analytics, fostering a pricing mindset culture across the organization.
Drive decisions based on reporting and analytics by.
o Conducting ad-hoc analyses to delve into identified pricing challenges or opportunities.
o Define and track key pricing KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with marketing and commercial objectives.
o Providing input for the development and optimization of analytics and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making for pricing execution, monitoring key behaviors, patterns, and areas requiring attention Stakeholder & Change Management.
o Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure successful adoption of new pricing tools and strategies.
o Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing pricing decisions through data-driven insights and storytelling.
o Drive a pricing mindset across the organization, ensuring alignment between commercial and financial goals.
What we are looking for in you.
· Professional Background.
About 5 years of experience in Pricing, Analytical roles, or Program Management within structured environments.
· Project Management Experience.
Proven ability to manage complex pricing-related projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, influence different stakeholders, and oversee execution from start to finish.
· Change Management Expertise.
Experience in implementing new processes and tools, ensuring successful stakeholder engagement and adoption.
· B2B Pricing Expertise.
Extensive experience in B2B Pricing, including deep knowledge of pricing methodologies, best practices, and execution.
Ability to creatively resolve a wide range of issues by applying a full understanding of your area of specialization.
· Data Analysis and Presentation.
Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources, and present your findings and recommendations effectively using storytelling techniques and impactful presentations.
· Collaborative Spirit.
Ability to thrive in an interconnected environment, collaborating extensively across different businesses and functions.
· Commitment and Initiative.

Technical Proficiencies.
o Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills o Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
o Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
o SQL, Access is a plus.
o SalesCloud knowledge is a plus.
