We are a young and dynamic team, full of digital natives with a clear focus on work by goals. 2-    Assignments (full-time) Under the direction of a Senior PR Japan, you will be working with the brand’s PR department for Japan. Your assignments will be as follows:Research and vet new influencers that align with the brandManage influencer gifting and samplesCoordinate the execution of press requestsCoordinate and execute influencer and VIP meetings and press eventsManage and execute PR & Influencer admin tasks such as reporting distribution, recaps, and archivingWriting press releases and adapting the communication to the countryContribute to the team with ideas to elevate the brand presence and build its reputation through meaningful opportunities and partnerships/collaborations3-    ProfileWe are looking for a Junior profile with so much eagerness to learn and grow with our teamWe are looking for a person from Japan (it is very important to know the market and the culture). It is essential that Japanese be your mother tongueEnglish level B2-C1 levelSpanish medium level is a plusBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of PR/communications experience; PR agency and Journalism background in Japan is a plusExperience in fashion is not required.Ability to cultivate successful relationships and networks, both internally and externallyStrong communications skills both verbal and writtenA solid understanding of social mediaGreat time management and organization skillsHighly adaptable multi-tasker, detail-orientedComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelPositive attitude and initiative.
