join us on our mission to make the Internet a safer place! Job Description Are you a seasoned PR professional with a passion for building brand awareness and excel at media relations? Are you capable of turning strangers into brand ambassadors?  We're seeking a creative and customer-centric PR & Events Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our profile-rising and brand awareness efforts.
With over engaged customers, we aim to leverage the largest online brand protection community to elevate our brand image and drive market awareness.
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful PR and awareness campaigns, and driving social virality to position us as thought leaders in the online brand protection space.
You will actively contribute to audience growth, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities of the PR & Events Manager.
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation.
Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry analysts to secure productive joint initiatives.
Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials.
Manage media inquiries and proactively seek press opportunities.
Organize and execute online and offline events to generate leads and foster customer engagement.
Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee communication.
Leverage thought leadership initiatives —including the 'Heroes of Brand Protection' podcast— to increase brand visibility.
Develop and implement integrated demand-generation campaigns including customer reviews, referrals, and affiliate marketing.
Launch and manage the company's first online community.
Onboard members, moderate, and capture feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that nurture and engage our online community.
Monitor community activity and guide community management best practices.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform community marketing strategies.
Manage the Community Marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor and report on community KPIs to suggest new initiatives and optimize existing processes.
Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses.
Understanding of the PR landscape, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful PR strategies and handling agencies.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content for tech companies.
Experience in crafting thought leadership content (e.
., articles, podcasts).
Experience with WordPress, basic Salesforce CRM, and marketing platforms.
Experience creating and growing a B2B community (a plus).
Familiarity with the online brand protection industry (a plus).
Additionally.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills at all levels.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle diverse and complex projects running in parallel.
