We aim to bring unique and easy to use products (like our CC or BB cream—the first of its kind in Europe) that promise to always put your skin first.
The brand is present in 40 countries and benefits from a good visibility in major beauty stores such as Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud or in parapharmacies and pharmacies.
In Spain, Erborian is available through its website, at Sephora and pharmacies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO   Social media & UGC content creation.
· Manage and support our SSMM (Instagram account) · Create local content for our SSMM (Instagram account) · Manage our micro influencers & UGC content creation (product seedings, selecting profiles, creating briefs) · Work hand in hand with Central Digital Media Team to optimize social paid (media) activity · Follow, analyze and report the UGC growth   Organic PR.
· Identify new influencers for outreach and maintain relationships with influencers · Maintain current relationships and develop further press & influencer contacts · Development and update of the influencer and press database.
· Plan and manage product seeding campaigns throughout the year · Follow-up and further analysis of the campaigns - EMV/Return rates analysis   Partnerships (paid) & other PR activities.
· Support to organize local PR events (influencers/journalists) · Participation in the elaboration of influencer activations.
choice of profiles, guidelines, brief, follow-up and coordination between the local agency / the Influence international team and the influencers · Support on the recap and analysis of the paid campaigns · Work with the PR agency and ensure press and influencer push throughout the year · Support the process for launching a partnership with another brand WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU   · Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar ·  Spanish native with high English level (French is a plus) · Previous experience in Marketing/Communication is a plus ·  Must be able to be full-time and have an agreement with your university · Enthusiasm and ability to work in social media (TikTok and Instagram) and community management · Communication skills and ability to interact with content creators, external agencies and other partners.
· Autonomous, proactively coming up with proposals and initiatives, problem solver · Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams ·  Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
