PR & ADS COMMS LEAD

In this role, you will partner with business teams and the global Ads communications team to drive awareness and adoption of Company Ads products,, technology, and services, includes (but is not limited to) developing and executing announcement-driven and evergreen storytelling; ongoing media relations; event support and amplification; and executive and stakeholder management.
The candidate should have a passion for storytelling, knowledge of Spain’s media landscape, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role will also support communications across France and Italy.
The successful candidate is customer-obsessed with high judgment.
They are exemplary written and verbal communicators, with exceptional media relations skills.
The candidate should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines, and a proven track record of earning trust from internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate has storytelling experience with B2B audiences.
Key job responsibilities.
• Drive proactive storytelling across earned and owned media • Localize global campaigns • Manage executive speaking, social, and media engagement • Provide strategic PR counsel and support to business leaders • Build and maintain strong media relationships • Keep current on industry trends, issues, and news • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, business teams, and international stakeholders • Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges Basic qualifications • 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field • Experience driving comprehensive earned and owned content strategies Preferred qualifications • Advertising industry PR experience • A passion for building, experimentation, and big, creative thinking English is a must.
