PORTFOLIO MARKETING MANAGER - WOUND CLOSURE & BIOSURGERY

SEA Portfolio Marketing Lead Location.
Can be based in any of the markets in SEA Travel Requirements.
As needed Internal key customers.
Sales/Supply Chain/Market Access/Medical Affairs/Regulatory/Compliance/Legal External key customers.
General, Ortho, Spine, O&G, Thoracic Scope.
Southeast Asia Job Responsibilities Oversee the overall development and implementation of portfolio brand strategy of Wound Closure & Biosurgery and, drive targeted specialties in Southeast Asia in collaboration with Specialty Marketing Team.
Collaborate with local commercial team with portfolio strategies formulation and Business planning.
Establish annual plans in collaboration with markets including financials and resource requirements.
Ensure representation of SEA customer needs in product development pipeline of identified portfolio.
Collaborate with APAC, Supply Chain and Regional Planning Team in managing supply related matters within assigned portfolio to ensure supply risks are mitigated and managed.
Monitor implementation of brand strategy and make adjustments as needed.
Owns NPI process and drives governance and product life cycle management by collaborating with local, APAC & Global team on implementation of plans in local markets.
Responsible for product plans and pricing strategies, to deliver brand competitiveness against defined metrics for the assigned products.
Collaborate with Commercial Education partner to deliver product trainings based on needs of the markets.
Drive implementation of evidence strategy that supports marketing/brand strategy.
Assist in the development of short-term tactical marketing plans and longer-term product business plans.
Assist in the daily coordination, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities.
Respond to field and customer requests in a timely manner.
Develop tactical plans to execute long term brand strategy.
Manage budget for most or all marketing tactics for a portfolio and have responsibility for the effectiveness of the tactics.
Manage vendors to execute on tactics (Develop marketing/NPI regional launch materials, work with public relation agency on promoting disease/treatment awareness).
Network with Sales, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key internal and external stakeholders in the marketing process (liaise with legal, health care compliance for the internal approval of the activities).
Qualifications Minimum requirements Degree with 5 - 10 years marketing experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical products Sales experience of 1 - 4 years Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal or written, spoken and presentation) required Demonstrate experience in critical marketing competencies.
