Descripción The Project Manager - Operational Excellence is responsible for leading and executing strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and performance across the insurance group's operations.
This role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, applying lean and agile methodologies, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Plan, lead, and execute operational excellence initiatives and transformation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Identify improvement opportunities in business processes, tools, and systems.
Implement lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to budget, scope, and timeline.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations on project progress.
Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Ensure effective communication and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, claims, underwriting, and customer service teams.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA from an international accredited University is a plus.
5+ years of experience in project management or operational excellence roles within insurance or financial service sector.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Experience with data analytics, performance measurement, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with project management frameworks Excellent project management and organizational skill Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Analytical mindset with a focus on results and quality Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented High integrity and professional ethics ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
