PMO Lead and Communications Coordinator What you do • Implement PMO strategies to enhance project delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership to project managers, monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks and challenges.
• Coordinate effective communication among teams, including planning meetings and developing communication plans.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through consistent updates and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with vendor management to align on project goals and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support seamless integration and cooperation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to project and communication processes.
What you bring • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in leading a PMO with successful project delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with vendor management and internal teams.
