We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Marketing team at Sector Alarm Spain.
This person will be responsible for the delivery of lead acquisition and performance marketing activities, from designing to executing the lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
his role will report directly to the country Marketing Director and indirectly (dotted line) to the Group Lead Acquisition Director.
What are the main responsibilities in this role? Oversight and management of performance marketing activities from strategy to execution Leverage all digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid social, display, marketing database, native and referral campaigns Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns to reach the objectives defined in the media plan (primarily lead generation but other objectives include brand awareness, consideration, and re-engagement) Ensure implementation of tracking (primarily UTM tagging) to allow visibility into campaign performance at all stages of the sales funnel Own the lead acquisition process end-to-end Continuously analyse campaign performance, lead quality and business efficiency of leads by campaign and source in all stages of the funnel.
Work closely with the direct sales organization and call centre to gather feedback and optimize accordingly Identify opportunities across the funnel to improve performance and business goals Real time spend allocation and optimisation decision Monitor continuously the results of digital campaigns, define and implement corrective actions Re-allocate investment and budget split based on campaigns performance, economic efficiency (CPO, installs volume, churn, etc) and business needs by geography Track spend versus target daily to ensure correct delivery of campaigns Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize the media spend by interpreting results under different attribution models Management of media buying agency and c ollaborate with internal and external stakeholders Reporting and communication Forecast all digital activities Deliver forecast for digital channels using approved forecasting methodology, based on campaign performance and business needs, ensuring we deliver the right volume of leads to our sales force by geography, supporting business growth Reforecast performance on a quarterly basis What profile we are looking for? At least 7 years’ experience in marketing in a digital environment with a focus on performance marketing.
Hands-on experience in managing and scaling online acquisition channels Very good technical understanding and hands on experience of Google Marketing Platform [incl.
Analytics, Google Ads, DV 360, Google Tag Manager etc.
and Facebook ads manager Understanding of offline marketing channels is a plus Media agency management experience.
Experience managing an agency and adhering to agency working processes (weekly meetings, standardized reporting and joint backlogs) Experience at digital media buying agency is a plus Strong analytical skills – has ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, draw conclusions and test hypothesis Strong understanding of web, digital and emerging marketing technologies Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) Why join us?
