Descripción de la oferta de empleo
La persona será responsable de liderar y gestionar todas las políticas de recursos humanos en España, siendo rol es clave para garantizar estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, cumpliendo al mismo tiempo con las normativas locales y europeas.
Principales responsabilidades.
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias que apoyen los objetivos de negocio.
Analizar tendencias del mercado laboral y desarrollar planes estratégicos para atraer y retener talento.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con sindicatos y autoridades laborales, implementando políticas y procedimientos que promuevan un ambiente de trabajo justo y equitativo Gestionar negociaciones colectivas y resolver conflictos laborales y asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales.
Representar a la empresa en asuntos legales y estatutarios relacionados con el ámbito laboral.
Liderar iniciativas de cambio organizacional y gestión del talento, supervisar la implementación de programas de desarrollo profesional y formación.
Fomentar una cultura de innovación y mejora continua.
Diseñar y gestionar programas de compensación y beneficios.
Requerimientos.
Título universitario en Derecho, Negocios, Psicología o similar.
Máster en Recursos Humanos.
Amplia experiencia en relaciones laborales y estrategia de recursos humanos, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico.
Experiencia en puesto similar, HRBP o especialista en Relaciones Laborales Fluidez en español e inglés, idealmente francés.
