Managing internship agreements with universities.
Coordinate with Talent the Company trainee Program (Find your Spark) Acting as a reference point for Trainees and monitoring their progress to ensure expectations are met.
Collaborating with different business areas to identify needs and define solutions in terms of People processes.
Supporting HRBPs in strategizing and implementing cross-functional projects.
Planning onboarding processes for new hires.
Assisting in selection processes for junior profiles.
Organizing learning actions and events (communications, logistics and monitoring through the e-learning platform) collaborating with Talent & Culture team.
Working with other teams in the People department on projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and well-being.

Graduate in Psychology, ADE, Labor Relations or similar.
Studying a Master's or Postgraduate in Human Resources is highly valued.
Fluent in English and Spanish (native).
Intermediate knowledge of Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person with the ability to work as a team.
Who is eager to learn and contribute new ideas.
Possibility of making an agreement with the university for 8/12 months full-time.
