he Role We're looking for a People Analytics Engineer to join our People \u Culture team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we use data to make decisions about our most valuable asset—our people.
This role blends analytical thinking with business insight and requires a passion for solving problems that impact culture, engagement, and performance.
You’ll work closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, influence strategy, and create scalable reporting systems.

Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs that give visibility into employee lifecycle metrics—from hiring and onboarding to engagement, retention, and offboarding.

Partner with HR and leadership to inform decisions on workforce planning, DEI initiatives, performance management, and more.

ave 4+ years of experience in analytics engineer, people analytics, or data analyst role—ideally in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment.
ave 3+ years of experience with BI tools like PowerBI.
re deeply comfortable with tools like SQL, DBT, AWS, a GitHub for version control.
nderstand HRIS systems (e.
., Factorial, Workday, HiBob, or similar) and have experience extracting and analyzing HR-related data.
re passionate about people and culture—motivated to make workplaces more fair, inclusive, and data-informed.
re business-minded.
You understand how people data connects to broader business outcomes and growth levers.
ave excellent communication skills—you can translate complex data into insights that are actionable, clear, and engaging.
