PCG PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

1.
Responsible and accountable for PCG/PHC operation to perform daily tasks in order to ensure smooth production operations and on-time delivery to both internal and external customers.

Follow the PCG/PHC batch sheet to accomplish batch production plans on time, Record the parameters in the process of production in time, fill in the related production record sheet.
遵守PCG/PHC的生产指令，按时完成批次生产，及时记录生产过程中的各项参数，填写相关记录表。 3.
Complete the daily inspection work as required, fill in the related record.
完成每天必须的巡检工作，并做好相应的记录。 4.
Work closely with other Shift team members to ensure production handovers in an effective way.
和其他班组成员紧密合作，确保有效的生产交接班。 5.
Maintain good housekeeping and a safe and orderly workplace by 5S activities.
通过5S活动保持现场工作场所的整洁、安全有序。 6.
Take an active part in Lubrizol continuous improvement activities such as OEP AM JI programs.
积极参加公司的持续改善活动，比如AM和JI的活动。 7.
Take an active part in the internal and external training.
积极参加公司举行的各种内外部培训。 8.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night.
能够适应翻班的工作。 9.
According to the requirements to complete other tasks assigned by the shift leaders or supervisor.
按要求完成班长或者主管交待的其它临时性任务。 REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求.
1.
Education Background.
Senior High School /Technical School or above 高中/中专以上学历 2.
Basic skill in MS Office & application (Excel, Words, etc) 会操作基本办公软件(Excel, Words, 等) 3.
Two or more years prior experience in production within manufacturing, ideally in the Chemical industry.
2年以上化学化工行业生产经验 4.
Prefer to have more than 1-year dangerous chemical operation experience.
有1年以上危险化学品操作经验更佳 5.
DCS operation experience is preferred.
