In this dynamic role, you will dive into how our Product Managers, Engineers and user-facing teams work, building strong relationships with them and optimizing the tools and workflows used to make our product organization more productive, effective and data driven.
This role is highly cross-functional and will be a critical lever for us to deliver more value to more users, faster.
You will join an agile and dynamic team, in a fast moving “scale-up” environment, working alongside with people who value strong execution, sharing and growing together.
ey Responsibilities Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Payments teams to perform competitor research and investigate new business opportunities Contribute to the creation of a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the Company's Payment Product Roadmap Analyze and collaborate in prioritizing the product backlog Collaborate with the product team to create project scoping processes to provide a clear and complete document explaining the work plan and map out realistic deliverables while keeping project documentation controlled and organized Ensure product objectives are fulfilled, deliverables meet requirements and business expectations Collaborate with strategic stakeholders for the coordination and implementation of initiatives and proposals related to payments, risk and fraud Provide your input and help prioritize the project components and features Help produce a release plan that is agreed to be workable by sponsors, customers, developers, managers, and other stakeholders Synthesizing and communicating insights during the product development process Implement and monitor the appropriate changes in order to optimize the main KPIs within the area and to inform decision-making, product features and experimentation Empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is part of your role At Leadtech, we’ve been redefining digital businesses since , creating innovative online solutions that reach millions of users every month.
