About The Role We are looking for a full time Payments Operations Specialist to join our expanding Operations department.
What You Will Be Doing Work in our Payments Operations team, acting as the bridge between our customer support team and partner banks; Action tasks from our customer, and be responsible for helping to resolve day-to-day issues of our customers; Action requests related to payments from our partner banks; Communicate with our partner banks and our customers to escalate requests and track issues; Identify consistent issues, work to make manual work and processes more scalable and suggest improvements; Investigate and monitor problems with payment transactions and solve payment-related questions; Work on daily operational requests with an \"improvement mindset\
