PAYMENTS INNOVATION PROJECT MANAGER

Our client, a company based in Barcelona and dedicated to innovate and deliver to the market disruptive solutions to ease the payments through digital and mobile devices, have trusted on us for the search of a PAYMENTS INNOVATION PROJECT MANAGERFor this role, your main responsibilities will be: Successfully integrate in a cross-functional team that will design new payments products, services or explore new business models, using UCD methods and lean startup techniques.Coordinate the different roles of the team (technology, UX, research) in order to take the most of our capabilities.Keep the different stakeholders (internal and external collaborators) on track of the progress, putting special focus on the relationship with merchants or companies that collaborate in different PoC.Track the different projects status and report overall progress of the projects to the management level and rest of the team.Focus on user experience and potential business opportunities filling product gaps within the payment ecosystem.Identify the requirements for the different solutions with the rest of the team.Shape the business vision around each product/service proposal, considering both the customer experience and the business opportunity.Manage relationships with different stakeholders and collaborators.Your skills should be:User-centered mindset.Capable of summarizing and reporting the results in an attractive way.Lots of curiosity, initiative and proactivity to find the best solutions.Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.Experience with business models based on mobile apps industries (freemium, m-commerce, etc.)Excellent team player.Great communication skills.You can be an ideal candidate if:+3 years of experience as a project manager in the digital or mobile industry.Sound knowledge of the payments technology and trends.Proficient in English and Spanish.Your skills match with the list above.
