To continue delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers, we are seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our team and assist during weekends.
As a Client Advisor at RIMOWA, your role is to.
Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience.
Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history.
