Job Description:
Overview
We are looking for an Outsystems Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in OutSystems application development and deep knowledge of the OutSystems framework components, tools, best practices, and Domain Driven Architectural standards. The OutSystems Developer, based in Lisbon, will be responsible for designing and implementing low code business applications, playing a key role in our journey to develop our OutSystems application portfolio supporting the different Customer Europe geographies.
Responsibilities
Deliver quality technical designs and implement quality business applications following OutSystems best practices and customer s architectural standards.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment integrated in a Digital Value Stream.
Development of unit and integration tests TDD knowledge is a plus.
Create and update technical documentation for developed applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OutSystems applications development.
Support the Digital Value Stream Product Owner in the construction and refinement of the backlog, performing technical analysis and high-level effort estimations.
Contribute with insights and technical improvements.
Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in OutSystems application development and deep knowledge of the OutSystems framework components, tools, best practices, and Domain Driven Architectural standards.
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical design and development tasks.
Experience in integrating OutSystems with other systems (REST and SOAP APIs).
Knowledge of SQL server.
Work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Previous experience in the digital channels application domain (B2C and B2B) delivering Traditional and Reactive Web applications is a plus.
OutSystems certification is a plus.
Experience working with insurance companies is a plus.
Good written and verbal English communication skills additional language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
