What you’ll do   As Optimisation Authority you will ensure Vodafone achieves the best network performance and coverage KPIs in the UK market.
You will analyse all available sources of performance data and implement changes to radio configurations, parameters, software features and operational processes to improve network performance levels.
Working with local customers and stores to improve performance in the region.
•    You will be responsible for optimizing regional coverage requirements, including monitoring KPI’s that reflect customer experience to ensure the regional radio network is designed, optimised, and performing at the best possible levels.
•    You will work with vendors, suppliers, other Opco’s and network domain in cross functional teams to improve performance.
•    You will ensure that customer feedback is taken into consideration when driving improvements in network performance by liaising with Service Operations, consumer and enterprise business units.
•    You will improve coverage by delivery of local regional coverage plans, designs and optimisation.
•    You will ensure local radio optimisation processes are as efficient as possible an utilise best practice from across the Vodafone UK central system optimisation team.
Who you are   •    You will have experience working in a similar Optimisation Authority position with experience of network optimisation techniques and processes.
•    You will have good knowledge of 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G network architecture.
•    You will have strong communication and presentation skills including presenting complex technical information in simple terms.
•    You will have the ability to think strategically and deliver to challenging targets and deadlines.
•    You will have experience using network statistics, network traces and drive trialling logs to analyse and improve network performance.
