Responsibiltities Responsible for a smooth execution of each shipment from the collection till its delivery Shipment are sent by the most secure rapid and efficient way.
Ensuring shipments run as smooth as possible thorugh detailed pre-planning.
Have full knowledge of how to use the internal computer systems including.
TMS DASH Descartes ColdStream Select SharePoints etc.
Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments reacting to any deviation from the plan.
Schedule pick-ups and deliveries and assign drivers in coordination with dispatchers.
Follow up of clearance progress and POD details.
Run reports and update activitities in TMS.
Communicate any temperature results as soon as possible after delivery checking and noting any deviation.
Follow import/export clearance process in coordination with brokerage department.
Prepare paperwork for export shipments.
Contact with airlines and handlers make booking and emit AWB.
Work in accordance with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as local laws and guidelines..
Skills and Knowledge.
English and Spanish language to a high level verbal and written Knowledge of the logistics industry Knowledge in World Excel Outlook Flexible attitude for working shifts and last-minute coverage Able to prioritize workload which may change through the day Availability to work on Weekends and Bank holidays What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
