️As an Operations Project Manager,   You will join the Operations Team and contribute to various strategic projects within the within the Operations Production Sites Department.
You will work on.
Project Coordination Support.
Assist directly to the VP Production and Delivery sites in various department projects, adapting to new challenges and priorities as they arise.
Process Documentation and Improvement.
Engage in documenting internal processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
Tools Exploration and Analysis.
Conduct research and analysis on various tools and technologies to support the department's strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Management of Reports and Data Analysis.
Take charge of compiling, analyzing, and presenting data and reports for the department, aiding in decision-making and strategy development.
Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and timely reporting to support departmental objectives and projects.
About you.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field A strong interest in technology, project management, and operational excellence Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment Fluent in English, and Spanish or French An experience in call centers is a +!  What we offer.
