OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE MANAGER (HYBRID SETUP)

About the team The Operational Resilience team leads the implementation and evolution of Operational Resilience at Swiss Re.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced business continuity or operational resilience practitioner to help steer and drive this topic.
In your role, you will…   Contribute to the creation of regulatory compliant policies, standards, and models related to Operational Resilience Perform analysis of end-to-end value chains, including identification of single points of failure and interdependencies, and determining risk tolerances Plan, coordinate, and lead scenario testing (severe but plausible exercises) for specific business services, and capture and challenge disruption tolerance levels Prepare periodic reports and critical metrics Identify developments in the risk and regulatory landscape and assist in developing mitigation strategies Your qualifications Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are curious about the world of Operational Resilience inside a well-set-up international team, we'll be more than happy to meet you!   What we need from you   Background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, or IT Disaster Recovery Experience in programme development and creation of policies and procedures Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy Comfortable working with all levels of management Excellent written and spoken English Nice-to-have Previous roles in operational risk management, internal/external audit, or compliance Agile methodology project management Team management experience CBCI or equivalent business continuity qualification   We provide feedback to all candidates via email.
