OPERATIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST - INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

Be part of a diverse team making a real impact, connecting industries and communities around the world.your responsabilities- Lead comprehensive reviews of operational and administrative processes across logistics operations- Design and execute efficiency, automation, and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes- Develop robust business cases to support change, grounded in data analysis and ROI- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across departments, countries, and seniority levels- Monitor SOP compliance and champion continuous improvement practices- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks- Maintain clear documentation to support transparency, governance, and knowledge sharingrequirements- 7+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within warehouses, maritime logistics hubs, or other complex industrial environments- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and measurable value- Expertise in business case development and leading end-to-end implementations- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort working in a global matrix organization- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Camco, or STEP is advantageous- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Prince2 are an advantage- Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages (Dutch, Spanish, German, French) is a plus- Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
