OPERATION MANAGER (SPANISH-SPEAKING) - HYBRID

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Operation Manager (Hybird) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role As an Operation Manager on our team, you will.
- Improve and monitor operational processes.
- Carrying out the necessary steps, updating/monitoring of internal regulations - Participate and coordinate quality processes - Manage and optimize operations - Manage and supervise personnel and organize and optimize shifts - Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customers.
- Do regular reporting to the Office/Project Manager - Review dimensioning forecasts, carry out deviation and needs analysis (WFM) - Identify individual and common training needs and deliver appropriate personalized/common training based on Team Leader's needs - Lead TL meetings, coordinate leadership team actions, be a judge if no common agreements.

- Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced English - Possess previous experience working within a call center environment with a min of 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor - Have excellent organizing and leadership skills - Possess excellent team management skills.
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Possess advanced skills in MS Office with a good command of excel - Are self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
