Nestlé Health Science Type of Contract.
Permanent The role To Achieve sales targets defined within the established profitability framework, through the management of Sales Rep to deliver agreed Company Goals and defined Commercial targets in line with business and customers vision.
What you’ll do Define, develop and execute strategies and plans for the Sales Representatives in line with the business requirements and customers vision.
Assure complete support and collaboration with the Business Sales Managers, KAM´s, CCSD & Marketing to ensure alignment with Category and Channel Plans.
Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs in volume, Turn-over, Total Trade Spend and Customer Contribution.
Ensure the development of sales via good assortment management, innovation, pricing, promotional activity, POS materials and shelf management.
Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement, in order to boost sales and enhance the relationships.
Ensure compliance with all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, Trade Terms, Safety, "Nestle management system for the marketing of Infant and Follow-on Formulae in the EU" and local and legal regulation Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of Sales Rep in an inclusive context of communication, safety and wellness.
Guarantee the safety and health of the workers in charge, as well as compliance with environmental commitments and standards.
Minimum qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a similar position Experience managing pharma channel.
Previous experience leading a team is a must.
Demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse commercial roles.
Strong analytic & Communication skills Fluent in English and Spanish Residence in Valencia/Alicante or nearby.
