Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Este perfil tendrá que hacer prospección de nuevascuentas y proporcionar soporte operativo y logístico durante la ejecución deeventos, además de idear la organización completa del evento.
Tendrá la responsabilidad de coordinar la ejecución delas actividades, contacto con proveedores, estructurar márgenes y encontrar laexperiencia que busca nuestro cliente.
La naturaleza exacta de lasresponsabilidades puede variar según el tipo y el tamaño del evento.
¿Qué estamos buscando? Profesional del área de Protocolo y Organización de Eventos, MICE, Relaciones Públicas, Turismo, Sales, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia en el sector de los eventos y en especial del segmento MICE.
Idiomas.
Obligatorio Español, Inglés y Francés, Alemán será un Plus.
Estilo orientado al servicio.
Alta energía y gran capacidad organizativa.
Capacidad para realizar distintas tareas y trabajar bajo presión.
Capacidad de planificación, negociación, organización y atención al detalle.
Actitud colaborativa, facilidad para el trabajo en equipo y actitud positiva con el resto de los miembros del equipo.
Conocimiento de destinos y países.
Fundamental cartera de proveedores del sector MICE y turístico.
Portfolio de eventos/experiencias creadas anteriormente con éxito.
Es a nivel internacional, por lo que disponibilidad para viajar.
