When becoming the Process Optimization Manager  you will be able to lead, define and execute the Vodafone Network Operations digital transformation and zero touch operations (ZTO) strategy with respect to Automation platforms build inhouse (European Automation Platform) or from third parties (UiPath, Camunda) with defined operational excellence and efficiency business outcomes as defined in the Vodafone Tech strategy.
You will be the driver set of the workflow automation, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and European Automation Platform (EAP) teams in the pursuit of these goals.
Also, you will have the opportunity to.
lead an international team of 25+ digital solution specialists define, design and implement these solutions across our EU footprint and partner such as VF Ziggo work closely with the wider Digital Leadership team to further enhance the ZTO business strategy with new opportunities   Finally, you will be a promoter of innovation ideas, ensuring that the strategy evolves in line with further technological and industry evolutions.
