Fluent Business Spanish The role    As Area Manager your main objective is to achieve sales targets defined within the established profitability framework, through the management of sales representative team to deliver agreed company goals and defined commercial targets in line with business and customers’ vision.
What you’ll do    Define, develop, and execute yearly strategies and plans for the sales representative team in line with business requirements and customers vision ensuring the achievement of the category targets.
Assure complete support and collaboration with the main stakeholders of the business to ensure alignment with category and channel plans.
Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs in volume, Turn-over, TTS and Customer Contribution.
Accelerate the development of sales via good assortment management, innovation, pricing, promotional activity, POS materials and shelf management.
Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement, to boost sales and enhance the relationships.
Guarantee compliance with all company principles and policies.
Lead the development plans for the sales representative within your team and coach them in an inclusive context of communication, safety, and wellness.
Minimum qualifications   Academical background.
University Degree.
5+ years’ experience leading sales representative teams.
Experience managing stakeholders both internal and external.
Have worked in cross-functional teams with proved success delivering KPIs especially top and bottom-line results.
Demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse commercial roles.
Record of progressive success in leading teams.
Strong analytic & Communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points If You.
Have previous experience in Pharma, especially in Pharmacy channel.
