Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Visual Merchandiser to join our Marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies across our Northern European stores, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing product presentations to drive sales.
You will play a key role in executing seasonal visual guidelines, training store teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance the customer experience.
You will also support new store openings, conduct regular store visits, and provide feedback to improve visual standards.
How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all Northern European stores.
Coordinate seasonal visual updates and ensure timely execution of visual campaigns.
Ensure optimal product presentation and store layout to enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with store teams, retail operations, and marketing to align visual strategies.
Continuously assess and improve visual merchandising processes and tools.
Support store teams with visual merchandising training and guidance.
Assist with promotional setups and seasonal transitions.
Skills for Success You should be comfortable working independently, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling, with.
Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and visual merchandising tools; familiarity with planogram software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations is preferred.
A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or engineering are nice to have, but we are most interested in your overall experience, professional achievements and motivation.
