Hybrid/Remote, Mexico City Amer Sports is seeking an ambitious  ServiceNow Developer  to join our team of talented professionals who share a passion for IT technology and an unwavering focus on customer experience.
The main goal of this position is to  design, develop, and manage technical solutions  on the ServiceNow platform.
You will play a  key role in implementing best practices, ensuring system performance, and guiding the platform’s future direction.
This role requires expertise in  Discovery, Service Mapping, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)  to enhance configuration management and asset tracking.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to  drive automation, maintain integrations, and improve workflows  in alignment with ITIL frameworks.

ServiceNow Development & Customization.
Work on  Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal.
Discovery & Service Mapping.
Implement and enhance  ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM  to optimize configuration management.
Integration development and management.
Develop and maintain integrations with SAP, Confluence, Jira, JAMF, Intune, TEAMS, Salesforce, etc.
Scripting & Automation.
Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and other automation solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement.
Work closely with platform owners and IT teams to refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure seamless performance.
Technical Documentation.
Create and maintain technical requirements, process documentation, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow modules and best practices, adapting to the company’s growth and evolving business needs.
Platform Maintenance.
Support updates, cloning activities, and overall system health.
Platform Optimization.
Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
What you need to succeed.
5+ years of experience  as a ServiceNow Developer and at least  3 years of hands-on experience  with  Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
ServiceNow Certifications.
CSA, CIS ITSM, and Discovery & Service Mapping.
Strong expertise in  ServiceNow solutions, scripting, and implementation strategies.
Experience in  ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and external integrations.
Excellent  problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to  manage information effectively  and work in a fast-paced IT environment.
Fluent English (written & spoken)  is required.
