In EMEA, Mizuno has several local country offices and our EMEA HQ in Rotterdam-Capelle aan den IJssel.  About the job Based on the EMEA strategy, you will support the executing of social media strategies, creating and curating content and monitoring social media performance.
You will come up with ideas for activation on our social media channels to then make them real according to our Marketing Strategy.
You will work closely with specialists from the EMEA Marketing and E-commerce teams as well as all local marketing teams in the EMEA region.
Role and responsibilities.
In this exciting job you will be responsible for Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms creating and maintaining content calendars and publication schedules Assisting in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content Creating and maintaining content calendars and publication schedules.
Assisting in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all social media channels Reporting to and alignment with stakeholders and market offices on our owned, earned and paid media efforts.
Brief internal and external stakeholders on our monthly plans and maintain close contact to ensure a quality delivery.
Monitoring social media channels for engagement and responding to inquiries, comments, and messages.
Monitoring and analyzing social media performance.
Reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations.  Create, distribute and protect the social media guidelines on an EMEA level and support local markets where necessary.
Further development of social footprint in reach and quality according to the strategy and brand values of Mizuno.
Attending events and producing live social media content.
Keep up-to-date on the social landscape and come up with initiatives to improve our social footprint.
Further improve the collaboration with the E-commerce team and help enhance overall brand experience and awareness.
What are we looking for?  The ideal candidate has/is.
Higher education / University degree in Marketing, Communications or Commercial Business or similar.
1 – 2 years digital marketing experience.
Passionate about sports.
Skilled about Social Media Management (backend and frontend).
Mastering English language, written is key.
Able to work with Photoshop/InDesign.
Willing to learn and share ideas.
For this position you must be currently eligible to work in The Netherlands.
