What you will be doing.
Support HR operations with administrative tasks and correspondence Coordinate cross-country communication and assist with international HR initiatives Manage the JobRad program, including request handling and reporting Contribute to strategic HR projects at both local and EMEA levels Ensure smooth HR service delivery across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Collaborate with HR Shared Services on contracts, references, and documentation Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes across the employee lifecycle What you need to succeed.
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Initial experience in HR administration is a plus You communicate fluently in German and English You’re confident using MS Office; knowledge of HR tools is a bonus You’re organized, proactive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player You’re passionate about HR operations, cross-cultural collaboration, and creating a great employee experience What’s in it for you.
