Let’s Talk about the Role You, as Performance & Brand Media Coordinator, will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Media strategy for the Brand across the full-funnel including our performance marketing agenda by steering external marketing agencies and coordinating budget investment.
You will be planning, briefing, monitoring, and reporting all paid media campaigns as well as driving the SEO agenda of our own Timberland ecommerce.
Reporting to the Media Manager, you will support the HQ and local marketing teams on Timberland EMEA media activations in close alignment with our retail marketing, marketplace, eCommerce trading, customer analytics, Buying, Planning, and UX teams.
The work takes the form of strategic ad hoc projects, as well as more routine reporting to measure the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by.
Support the Media Manager in building and executing advertising campaigns against clear objectives and goals across a multitude of paid communication channels Collaborate with Brand Creative team to ensure best assets availability is supplied to each campaign.
Orchestrate paid and SEO strategies for Timberland and drive their end-to-end execution to deliver commercial targets as well as brand KPIs improvement.
Liaising with external media agencies to roll out paid media campaigns and SEO optimization.
Collaborate with Global Marketing team to influence on needs and share insights to educate and evolve the Brand media capabilities.
Team up with cross functional Team to ensure best effective campaigns, from consumer targeting to creativities definitions and campaigns launch.
Coordinate and monitor budget investment and allocation across different campaigns/channels including purchase order management, invoicing reconciliation and financial/accounting reporting.
Regularly liaise with the Brand Team, eCommerce trading, customer & analytics, Buying & GTM, merchandise planning, Central VF Teams to implement the right commercial activations.
Define bottom-up channel performance expectation to identify potential uplift/gap vs target with specific focus on ecommerce & performance marketing optimization Lead performance marketing campaign reporting and support on full-funnel media campaign reporting.
monitor and share channels’ result and provide weekly, monthly, final campaign reporting and insights Translate data findings/trends into actionable insights to better understand complex shopping behaviour making clear recommendations based on deep insights into the data Own, maintain and develop performance reports and dashboards that clearly track the effectiveness of strategies underway, in partnership with our customer and analytics function Proactively test and designs new commercial strategies without bias.
Skills for Success You should be a hands-on pro-active doer to get things done and you must have.
The capability to analyze media performance and optimize campaigns An understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends Strong understanding of media planning, buying and negotiation A keen interest in fashion and outdoor lifestyle You are organized, with experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively train and collaborate with respective teams.
Problem solving and agile mentality responding to business needs and opportunities in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities.
