Partner with Product Leadership across Innovation, Strategy, Design, Creation, and Sourcing to identify key questions, define analytical approaches, and deliver data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and strategic initiatives.
€“ Shape Data-Driven Processes.
Lead the €œRight Data at the Right Time€ initiative, meticulously mapping end-to-end decision-making processes within the product organization to optimize data flow and ensure timely, relevant information is available.
€“ Lead Analytical Projects.
Proactively identify, scope, and lead complex analytical projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering actionable recommendations.
€“ Elevate Reporting & Analysis.
Develop and refine impactful reports and dashboards, transitioning from reactive data provision to proactive, insightful analysis that empowers stakeholders and drives continuous improvement.
Your story €“ Bachelor€™s degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or a similar quantitative field.
A Master€™s degree is preferred.
€“ 5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic analytical role, such as a Lead Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, preferably within a fast-paced consumer industry or Research & Development €“ Proven expertise in synthesizing, structuring, and simplifying complex business problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
€“ Exceptional ability to analyze, model, and interpret large datasets using advanced proficiency in Python and Excel.
€“ Strong experience with business intelligence tools (e.
., Looker, HEX) and advanced SQL capabilities.
€“ Demonstrated track record of effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and align with senior leaders.
