Amer Sports GBS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  System Administrator & Master Data Owner  to lead the charge in managing and expanding  SAP Ariba  and other sourcing tools across our growing network of entities.

What you will be doing.
As our System Admin and Master Data Owner, you’ll be the go-to expert for SAP Ariba and related sourcing tools.
Your responsibilities will include.
Mastering the Data.
Own and maintain SAP Ariba master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across procurement activities.
System Monitoring & Support.
Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and proactively prevent disruptions.
Leading Change.
Support tool implementation and onboarding for new entities, both functionally and from a data perspective.
Driving Innovation.
Propose and roll out new functionalities to improve user experience and process efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with the tool administration team and stakeholders to ensure system alignment.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement enhancements to procurement processes and tools.
Staying Current.
Coordinate system maintenance and updates to keep tools running at their best.
What you need to succeed.
A degree in finance, accounting, economics, procurement, or a related field 2–3 years of relevant professional experience Solid understanding of SAP Ariba functionality and administration, including PO management and MM processes Proficiency in user and role management, system configuration, and data handling within Ariba Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying root causes Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international work environment What’s in it for you.
