Do you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and using your language skills daily? Amer Sports is looking for a Cash Collection Intern to join our Invoice to Cash Team in Kraków.
In this role, you will support the collection of outstanding receivables from wholesale customers across the region and gain practical experience in credit control, SAP systems, and financial operations.

What you will be doing.
Portfolio Management.
Monitor account aging and manage assigned customer portfolio.
Credit Hold Resolution.
Review orders on hold and work with internal teams to resolve credit issues.
Customer Communication.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding billing, credit notes, and payments.
Follow-Up on Overdues.
Contact customers with overdue balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
Issue Resolution.
Investigate and resolve customer queries in cooperation with Sales, Customer Experience, and Credit Managers.
Data Maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and update customer contact details.
Support Activities.
Support on-the-job training for new joiners and execute backup responsibilities as needed.
What you need to succeed.
Very high proficiency in English (min.
C1) — both spoken and written — is required to effectively manage communication with customers and internal teams.
Familiarity with Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, formatting).
Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a structured environment.
Nice to have.
6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar function.
Basic knowledge of collections processes and credit policies.
Basic understanding of SAP transactions and related tools.
