Your mission €“ Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
€“ Oversee all talent-related matters including scheduling, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
€“ Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
€“ Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
€“ Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell-through optimization on a daily basis.

Your story €“ 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
€“ 2+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
€“ Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
€“ You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
