In this strategic role, you will own the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
You€™ll play a vital part in shaping the platform’s roadmap, guiding development teams, and implementing best practices aligned with ITIL standards and business objectives.

What you will be doing.
Architecture & Strategy.
Design and lead scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with strategic business goals.
Technical Leadership.
Provide architectural guidance and expertise to development teams across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
Security & Compliance.
Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices.
Development Oversight.
Review enhancements, estimate stories, and define technical steps for implementation.
Advanced Configuration.
Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Integrations.
Develop and manage integrations with systems such as SAP, Jira, and LDAP.
Platform Maintenance.
Manage platform updates and perform instance cloning.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Collaborate with platform owner and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Continuous Improvement.
Stay current with ServiceNow advancements, integrating new features and modules to support evolving business needs.
What you need to succeed.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years being in a technical architecture/design domain.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, solutions, and implementation methodologies.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage complex information effectively.
Solid knowledge of ITIL framework and service management concepts.
Experience in scripting, workflow configuration, and integration design.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proactive, self-driven approach with a continuous learning mindset.
