This is a critical leadership position responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives from conception to successful implementation, focused on building scalable commercial capabilities in close collaboration with functional and channel-specific stakeholders across our markets and regions.
In this pivotal role, you€™ll be in the driver€™s seat of our commercial projects, overseeing project managers who will lead or contribute to strategic company-wide initiatives.

Your mission €“ Oversee and own the Global Commercial project portfolio, including managing dedicated project managers for strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with Operations, Technology, and Finance PMOs to facilitate effective prioritization and resource allocation for commercial initiatives €“ Directly lead critical commercial programs, with a specific focus on areas like samples, market expansion, and omnichannel development, to ensure cross-channel execution aligns perfectly with Go-to-Market milestones and overarching commercial priorities €“ Ensure all programs & projects are proactively and accurately scoped, aligning them directly with the business and commercial strategic priorities through close collaboration with global functional leaders and regional teams €“ Lead change management efforts related to new commercial capabilities, ensuring smooth adoption and integration within the markets and regions to maximize the impact and sustainability of strategic initiatives €“ Serve as the central point of contact for all commercial stakeholders, as well as other internal PMOs (e.
