Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:  As the Digital Business Analyst for EMEA you will be providing the data-driven insights that support our e-commerce growth objectives for the region.
Your strong analytical skills and strategic mindset will support both deeper e-commerce insights and smarter strategic decisions across EMEA.  As this is a new role you will be pro-actively contributing to design our regional tracking and analytics dashboards and share them with the broader EMEA Team to inspire data-driven workflows.  The role is based out of our Garching office, near Munich and is open to hybrid remote work  (2 days at the office – 2 days at home €“ 1 day home/office).
Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany.
  Meet Your Future Team:   The EMEA Digital Commerce team is responsible for developing our ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx in EMEA.
It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), Digital Marketing (CRM & paid), Digital Analytics and working closely with global counterparts.
he team works closely with many other regional teams within Marketing and Commercial.
   If you were the Digital Business Analyst EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing.
Monitoring Digital Commerce performance metrics and dashboards (e.
.
Revenues, Traffic, Conversion, AoV, ROAS, etc.), and flag any anomalies.  Forecasting key Web Metrics across EMEA markets to support planning, goal setting, and performance tracking at a country level.  Presenting key findings across all e-com business variables for conclusions and recommendations.
So that corrective action can be determined.   Supporting the continuous development of reporting and analytics capabilities to inform more granular and precise recommendation regarding traffic, on-site experience, merchandising and inventory, CRM, and post-purchase experience.  Producing Market Trend Analysis.
Keeping up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.  Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future.
You will implement a standardized analytics requirement process along global capabilities to ensure your expertiseconsequently serves digital experience and/or digital commerce objectives.  You will gather analytics industry insights and share technology updates to ensure state-of-the art analytics capabilities.    Are you our next Digital Business Analyst EMEA? You have 1-3 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce,or e-commerce related functions  You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field  You have proven expert level with Excel.
