Team for Career Site Talent In short Our Talent (HR) team is heavily expanding to support On’s explosive growth, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as Talent Operations Specialist, with a focus on our German population.
This role is for someone who has experience in Talent Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new challenges, appreciates a streamlined and supportive process, and has a passion for innovative solutions.
While Germany will be your main focus, you will also support other EMEA entities where needed.
Your mission €“ Manage all day-to-day employee lifecycle operations for our German entity, including payroll and statutory benefits for both office and retail team members €“ Work with external vendors to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and delivery of monthly German payroll, ensuring compliance at every step €“ Prepare monthly payroll input for retail employees, including commissions and bonus payments €“ Act as the key point of contact for local authorities (e.
.
tax offices, social security agencies) and for team members with payroll-related inquiries €“ Process equity payments correctly and ensure compliance with more complex employment setups, such as cross-border employment or relocation cases €“ Expand your scope by supporting the setup of new benefits for our different entities across EMEA, such as health insurance and pension €“ Manage the fleet for our sales functions in Germany and other countries within the EMEA region.
