We are currently looking for three interns to join our Record to Report (RtR) Team, supporting different areas of our accounting operations.
Journal Entry & Reporting Banks & Treasury Fixed Assets As a Record to Report Accounting Assistant, you will gain exposure to financial processes and learn how international accounting operations are managed in a global company.
Depending on the team, your tasks will slightly differ, but all roles share a common goal.

What you will be doing (depending on the team).
Processing daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks related to General Ledger, Bank transactions, or Fixed Assets.
Supporting period-end closing tasks in accordance with the corporate schedule.
Reconciling accounts (e.
., bank, fixed assets, lease).
Creating and maintaining process documentation.
Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Supporting external and internal audits.
Identifying and proposing process improvements.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
What you need to succeed.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ongoing studies are welcome).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and task prioritization.
Communication skills and a team-player mindset.
