We’re all about creating brighter futures for our customers, our wearers and our people.Reporting into the Iberia Head of Professional Affairs, the candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of the new Myopia products ( ORTO-K and SGV) into ECP practices in Iberia. The Myopia PS Specialist works closely with field sales and professional services to maximize Myopia through education, advising, relationships, marketing and sales support to grow the MiSight treatment. They should demonstrate an expert level of customer relationship management, business development, CooperVision product and sales understanding, strategic planning and coordination between his/her accounts and CooperVision. Works in close partnership with the core CooperVision sales reps on assigned accounts to ensure a seamless and connected experience for the customer that is best in class. Is well read and has a thorugh understanding of myopia management in the practice, the competitive set and the myopia management market. Is the primary and lead contact for assigned customers in their implementation of a MiSight myopia management system. Demontrates exceptional selling skills; business acumen, presentation and communication skills, to influences the in-office process for optimum MiSight success. Clear, consistent utilization and flawless execution of each component of the CVI myopia management treatment program. Complete understanding of myopia management landscape, including competitors and demonstrates at expert level positioning our treatment program against the competition. Builds, maintains, and leads strong relationships with other members of the sales team, sales support and commercial management teams to gain their support in executing customer objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCalls in Stores:Support to Sales Team visiting a key customers selection. Train ECPs to convert Myopia management in a Call oriented to show new Myopia products ( orto-K and GSV), attending the technical part. These stores will be visited by BDMs as well.Reinforce messages to MiSIght 1 Day as principal tool to manage myopia.Follow a training/calls agenda agreed with the Key Account headquarter, the CooperVision Key Account Managers and RSMFix SMART goals related to new fittings.Trainings:Plan and organize trainings in Key Customers selected by KAMs and BDMs.Engages with ECPs, Owners and FOH to develope Myopia Managemet.Plans and executes fitting sessionsSupports BDMs on product presentations deliveries.Track results of stores after the trainings.OTHER FUNCTIONS:Give support to Marketing department in different tasks such as scientific document translations, material reviews or launching of new products.Occasionally they must give support in the PS Call center regarding ORTO-K doubts.Work with Key Accounts and Professional Service to promote and develop CooperVision’s products and services culture.Carefully and timely reports all insights and contents of their activity through CRM.We´ll value so much their collaboration in building new trainings. The job requires regular travel in Spain. Ocasionally could be some trips to other countries in Europe.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to organization to optimize trainings on their area.Initiative and proactivity.Strong ability to empathize.Business perspective: doesn’t have to be a “pure” academic person, detached from a business environment.Needs to be conscious of being part of a complex business organization and be able to act accordingly. Entrepreneurship is welcome but within agreed frameworks. No “lone rangers”English knowledge will be valued.Advanced Communication and Presentation skills, spoken and written. Able to establish a positive relationship, to influence and to persuade.Willing to learn, to innovate, to bring new ideas to the table. Advanced skills in the use of PowerPoint, Word and ExcelHigh levels of personal commitment, work ethic and professionalism to reflect service and support that fully meets or exceeds customer expectations and CooperVision’s brand promise.Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word as well as CRM solutions.WORK ENVIROMENTTime visiting customers between 75-80%. 40% of it, travelling away from home.Rest will be administration time.EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years role in a customer facing positions.At least 2 years of experience in trainings and customer visits.Very experienced in fitting Orto-K is valued.EDUCATIONRequired: University degree in Optometry or Diploma in optics.Expertise in ORTO-K fitting. Specialized master in CLs is valued.Existing knowledge and experience of myopia management and fitting children with contact lenses. Driving license and experience are required.English language knowledge is valued.
